What do I need for the session?

Just a quiet space to sit comfortably for an hour, a stable internet connection, and an open mind. No special equipment is needed.

I have health issues (BP, asthma). Is pranayama safe for me?

The techniques taught in this introductory masterclass are generally safe. However, we always recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any new health practice.

What if I can't attend live? Will I get a recording?
